 Ordering

When you want to place an order, please use the full description, product catalog number, unit size, packaging, quantity required and include any special instructions and kindly send a copy of your purchase order complete with the correct address by Fax or E-mail.
Standard orders are encouraged. Certain discount will depend on your quantity. We are able to offer big quantities at competitive prices because we have large scale production capabilities.

Quotations are available upon request. Prices depend on the quantities purchased.

 

 Payment terms

Athena only accepts payment by means of 100% T/T in advance or L/C at sight. If you want to open L/C, please establish the L/C in favor of Athena lab technology Co., Ltd.

 

 Shiping

Shipments are made F.O.B. or CIF or C&F or other shipping terms. The cost of courier service and special handling if requested is the customer's responsibility. Please specify your shipping requirements when placing your order.

 

  Damage claim

Shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt and discrepancies reported in writing within 7 working days. The carrier is responsible for any damage or storage. These must be reported immediately for an inspection by the carrier before a claim can be issued. Failure to follow this procedure may invalidate your claim.
